Supplying deodorant to the customer

We provide shipping to all parts of Australia (except remote areas and offshore locations). Delivery time: Up to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends.

Transportation to remote areas

Transportation to remote areas (such as Northern Territory remote locations, Western Australia remote areas, offshore islands, and rural locations with limited postal access) may incur an additional $15 AUD shipping fee. Delivery time to these areas may be extended by up to 5 additional business days.

Transportation conditions

• Delivery is carried out by carefully selected professional carriers including Australia Post.
• Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.
• Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, Express shipping takes 1-3 business days.
• THE B.O CO is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit - we recommend contacting Australia Post for assistance.

Changes and adjustments

• Local pickup is available in the South Coast region - please contact us for coordination.
• Changing delivery details after dispatch requires immediate contact with our support team.
• In the event of delivery issues or the need to coordinate re-delivery, additional costs may apply through the carrier.

International shipping

• We are working on being able to ship internationally!
• Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
• International delivery times and costs depend on destination country.
